Disruptive Change

As many of you have read in the press and online, this has been a tumultuous month here in my library system. Change can be good. Disruptive change can also be good, but it is disruptive. I sincerely hope that everyone touched by this disruptive change will survive and succeed despite the pain currently being felt.
