My good friend and co-worker Laura Savastinuk wasn't feeling sufficiently busy simply raising a new baby boy and working as an assistant manager in a very busy library, so she has gone and started a new book project on library middle management. As part of her background research she has posted an interesting survey which I hope everyone will take a minute and participate in -- here's the link. Thanks!
